this weather has been amazing. i love it so much. it reminds me of being a kid. running around barefoot in san bernardino, walking to 16th street to get frozen yogurt in upland, walking two and a half miles home from school in diamond bar. good warm sunny weather memories. something about the warmth that makes the smell of the grass just attack you every second. i love that. walking around and smelling grass, smelling sprinklers, smelling flowers all around you. i'm loving it.

Allison and I have been like a married couple recently. We end up at my grandparents at the end of the night and go to sleep in their bed watching a movie. She leaves for class early in the morning and tells me goodbye. This morning I actually tried to wrap my legs around her and she had to push me off.
And Katie....who I had the pleasure of seeing tonight...
I'm so happy for my Katie girl. I really like James a lot. He's pretty funny and just a genuinely nice guy. I really like them together. I know my Katie is busy and that hasn't made me sad because I understand. It just makes me so happy when I do get to see her!

i keep wishing i was a boy. i'm so jealous of them. the relationship between two boys who are best friends is amazing to me. girls just aren't like that. girls are annoying and emotional. boys seem to just have fun and not let things get to them. i've been watching this video of my uncle and his friends from like fifteen years ago and i wish i could be friends with them. i love how boys say they love each other, but not all the time. i especially love football players because they're so fucking tough, but when it comes to their temmates, they slap asses, hold hands, and admit that they love one another. and i love how boys give big bear hugs or wrestle each other. and my favorite part is that boys don't seem to care about pain or physical challenges. i wish i could play football in the rain, or ride a skateboard and not care if i fall on my ass (or face). i love how boys just don't care if they get fucked up (they'll do just about anything to have fun). i'm way too afraid to try any sport that looks dangerous. i really wish i was brave like a boy. there's something about boys that seems so carefree and fun. i wish i was a boy with a group of a few other best friends. boys are best friends forever, no questions asked. girls are bitchy and have to 'break up' with other girls because they get on each others' nerves. i've been working on trying to be more carefree and just relax and have fun, like a boy. i love boys so much. i wish i was a boy.

I'm probably the luckiest girl ever. I can travel 3000 miles and still be home.

We spent some time at home playing games, watching TV, movies, telling stories, laughing, baking, etc. This is Aiden's new toy that we all got really excited about.

Twinkle is my favorite cat ever. She's even cooler than my cat.

Aiden is a very photogenic boy.

justin timberlake is an angel sent from on high so that i can feel good again. i haven't been that excited and happy in a long time now. thank you sexy angel man that i love so much.

also...the san francisco video is my second angel from heaven. thank god i'm such an excellent editor and the aztec historian. i've been slacking lately on my historian responsibilities. prepare for me to have a video camera in hand in the coming days.

watching national lampoon's vacation (the wally world one). i put a christmas bow on rusty and he looks so cute. my brother's coming over and i can't wait. he's probably the funniest person i know right now. i'm pretty happy to be with my tiny family.

but the last thing i want is presents. all i want for christmas is something you can't just buy. i don't deserve presents. i wasn't good this year.

i miss my mom. she was tight. the tightest lady ever. what i want for christmas is just to talk to her, if for only two and a half minutes. she'd have some good advice for me.

today's christmas and all i can think is:
